As we walked last night around the dinner hour, the older two and I saw a white owl with stripes eating dinner by the creek. Alas, no picture, but it was an amazing sight.

Annie Reprised
As usual we watched the local summer musical at the outdoor amphitheater. It was Annie. It is one of my favorite things to do all year. How fun it would be to play Mrs. Hannigan!
Gotta Net?
The girls had a good time earlier this summer with our volleyball/badminton net. Lately it has been too hot. Nets really aren't expensive. You do have to have room for it and it takes a short amount of time to put up. Our net is not in this picture just in case you are wondering. It is just off to the left. It is a fun way to exercise.
