The dance recital followed right on the heels of graduation. Middle daughter had some time juggling to do with graduation parties, the dress rehearsal and recital. This was the first recital under the direction of the new studio owner. It went well. The youngest, who is in a musical theater class, danced/performed to songs from Mamma Mia and "I'll Make a Man Out of You" from Mulan. Her class only included two others. She put on a great performance.
It was my middle daughters last recital. She danced to "Take a Look at Me," "Trickle, Trickle," and "Real Woman." Also lovely performances. In addition to trophies, the seniors got beautiful rose bouquets. We enjoyed a lot of flowers in May and June. Have a good weekend! I should get outside before the intense heat returns!
